Peter Hyacinth is a proven leader of Software Design and Development Teams, from software products conception, brainstorming, and Strategic Planning to delivery.  He has over twenty five years of applications software analysis, design, development, implementation and support experience.

Peter is responsible for the overall strategy, direction, and performance of  Prosoft’s software engineering efforts. He ensures the software engineering team meets clients’ goals, manages budgets, leads cross-functional collaboration, and provides leadership in streamlining the technology stack required for application development. He also oversees all aspects of the software engineering department, including hiring, training, and project coordination. Peter brings value through outstanding leadership and vision, distinctive innovation and building brilliant, highly successful software products. He has spent several years as a development and implementation consultant in the analysis, design and development of financial/banking systems, retail systems, HCM systems, and several other digital solutions, and has lead software development and implementation teams in various countries including Nigeria, USA and Canada.

• Languages include C, C++, C#, Intel Assembly (x86), Visual Basic (including VB.NET and VB scripting), Oracle, PHP, Unix(Shell Scripting), Python, Java and JavaScript and a host of obsolete (yet fondly-remembered) languages.
